Ladies Opening Day took place on Saturday on a freezing cold day. Most ladies arrived at the Clubhouse but only 12 Bravehearts actually played and they all enjoyed the game. Does it prove the old saying Fortune favours the Brave?? Result a win for the Vice Captain's team so Moira Lumby retains the trophy for another year. We missed our Lady Captain and we all hope she is fit enough to play in the First Fling next week. It is bound to be warmer - after all it is officially Summer time next weekend  Remember to book your time online if you are playing in the First Fling, 1pm on Saturday. |
